Delivery

Delivery times for the majority of our office furniture products is estimated at 48 hours. This service is available for UK Mainland only (for Ireland, the Highlands and UK islands please call for a quote). You will receive a phone call a 24 hours prior to the delivery to confirm which day your order will be delivered. We cannot allocate an exact time of delivery; however we can arrange for a courtesy call to be made 1 hour prior to arrival (please discuss this option when you receive the delivery confirmation phone call).

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday typically between 9am and 5pm. Deliveries will be made to a ground floor reception point only and it is at the delivery driverís discretion to carry goods further and New and Used Office Furniture will not be held responsible for any damages that occur due to delivery being taken further then designated delivery point.
